Join us for an evening of cinematic neoclassical music and lush live looping soundscapes as we gather, connect, and settle into the 6th edition of the Kootenay Wellness Festival. Open to both festival pass holders and community members attending the concert only, this special evening is an invitation to begin the weekend in connection and celebration. This event is alcohol-free.
Hypnotiquë creates deep entrancing melodies layering wispy finger-pick guitar patterns, raw honey vocals, singing bowls, bells and hand drums into a soundscape that invites to ‘carry you away’ to the deeper corners of yourself. In her recently produced album she showcases smokey minor melodies, organic acoustic loops and deep heartbeat rhythms.
Electro Jacques Therapy is music for the heart and soul inspired by nature and the subconscious world. It takes the audience on a journey exploring harmony and strings combined with haunting chant. Soaring violin notes cascade into deep wild sounds colliding to create a richly textural aural world.
